How long does it take you to fall asleep once you start trying?
The answers (in order recieved):
It depends on how tired I am. Usually it's maybe..
10 minutes.
I couldn't tell you, mangs! I would be able
to say what time I start trying, sure, but I
have no CLUE what time it is when I fall
asleep. If I could tell what time it was, I
wouldn't be asleep, see?
I've been falling asleep pretty fast lately.
the length of my soul...
By the time I actually get some sense in my head
and go to bed, I've generally stayed up so late
that I'm tired enough that it only takes a few
minutes to fall asleep. Often, though, it takes
up to an hour, maybe 'cause I'm too busy
thinking to remember to fall asleep. :)
not long... minutes. I don't go to bed normally
until I'm ready to drop.
If I am REALLY tired, not having gotten sleep,
for say 24 or 36 hours, then I usually tend
to fall asleep in one or two minutes, and I
wake up 14 hours later in a pile of sweat,
assorted body parts and organs that aren't mine,
spent ammunition, and automatic weaponry.
Usually right away, but under certain circumstances,
it will take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.
under normal circumstances, usually less than
10 minutes. i even fall asleep pretty quickly
when i'm not trying. 8^)
15 minutes
Anywhere from 1/2hr to three hours, although I haven't had insomnia
for a while. So about half an hour.Anna says it's the same for her.
I dont "try" to fall asleep.
I let my body do the work
About a half an hour
That depends on who I am sleeping with.
It really all depends on how tired I am, so I could fall asleep as
soon as my face hits the pillow, to being awake for an hour or two before
finally achieving unconsciousness.
Depends, of course, but on average, about 30 minutes to an hour.
I sleep rather lightly, and when I'm actively trying to fall asleep rather
than just lying down and waiting for sleep, it takes longer; probably
an hour or longer.
My answer:
About an hour or so. It depends on whether I can avoid thinking about
certain things or not.
