How likely are you to have a one night stand? (Sometime in the future. If you've had one before but wouldn't again, then answer no.)

The answers (in order recieved):

  • In the future if I had no boyfriend? Maybe. It would all depend on my mood, on the person, on all kinds of details.

  • Never. Thats just degrading. Don't get me wrong I am by no means opposed to sex (pre-martial or otherwise), I just don't think its good to fuck someone and then leave them.

  • Depends. Are we talking about my willingness to get into it or someone else's to have one with me? Takes two to tangle, man.

  • never, nada, zilcho, /dev/null, all that stuff.just not gonna happen, no time, no way. not my style, and I think acting that way while engaged is a little risky

  • You are assuming I have a choice in the matter.... :) Been there, done that. It could happen again under the right circumstances, but I would prefer the more meaningful type o' romantic relations in most scenarios.

  • Most likely not. And certainly not with anybody I'd have to see the next day or anything. Well, probably not. :)

  • If you define it as "meet someone, sleep with them that night, leave the next morning" I think very unlikely. The only person I've had sex with has been someone I was absolutely, no-questions-asked in love with. And even then, it was quite a while before anything happened.

  • Not likely at all. I had one before, and it was just a bad situation. Very alcohol- induced, among other substances. It was just a tacky thing to have done, plus it seriously made me feel cheapened. A friend had advised that "a whore every once in a while is good for ya" but it's completely not. Sex with someone you really love is sooooo much better. So that's the only kind I'm looking for any more.

  • I can't say for sure. I don't want to have one but that doesn't mean I won't have one. What I mean is I don't always know what the guy really wants. It would be great if I could spot all the guys who just wanted to have sex but that isn't possible and I know myself sometimes I can be enouraged to have sex. So you see it's not just a yes no question.

  • since I'm not aloud to kiss a guy until I'm 21 (oops to late) I'm not likely to until then, and I haven't yet.

  • The chances of it would be extremely slim to none. I'm more interested in taking the time to establish a relationship than jumping into something for a night.

  • Not very likely at all. Though I like to *think* about it every now and then, it's just not my style. I know I'd wake up the next morning with an empty feeling. I'd like any romantic/sexual experiences I have to be more fulfilling than what I would get out of a one-night stand.

  • Very unlikely. I tend to be very cautious in relationships and to have a one night stand would go against everything I believe in.

  • Not bloody likely. Not unless the guy was a stunning conversationalist and hotter than the sun.

  • Extremely unlikely. Even aside from the usual arguments about getting various unpleasant diseases, unwanted pregnancy, and the fact that nobody in their right mind has ever been interested in me anyway, the idea of casual mindless sex for the hell of it doesn't really appeal to me. I'm far more interested in the person than the body. Maybe that makes me really weird for a guy, I dunno. But I find the idea of a one night stand distinctly unappealing.

  • I don't think my girlfriend would go for it. ;) If I wasn't involved, I still prolly wouldn't do a hump and dump. If you're that hard up for gratification, start spankin' it, or the equivolent. It's too easy to really hurt someone with sex, as some people including myself see it as something you shar eonly with someone you love.

  • I would say that the chances of my having a one stand stand are about zero. Well, that was an easy one. Having a one night stand involves meeting a person anyway, and even those chances aren't very good of late. Besides, I'm kind of old fasioned in that regard anyway. I'd kind of like to know a person before I have sex with them, and continue to get to know them afterward.

    My answer:

    Absolutely not.
    Besides the obvious (sexually transmitted diseases) and the even more obvious (no woman would go for it) there are many reasons.

    Basically though, its just not me. I couldn't do something like that without loving the person. I can't even kiss somebody unless I fell very passionate towrds them.
