Color Picker
One of the frustrating things about working with colors in Web documents is that you have to know the proper hexidecimal code for the particular color you want. There are all sorts of great sites that can help you with this, but here is a list of colors and their corresponding code.
If you have a browser that can handle the new HTML tag:

You should be able to see the names of each color in that color.
Try the Blue Background.
