Two bands, similar names, pending lawsuit?

I purchased the latest CDs by both of these groups, and found them, well....not to my liking. They do have some cool images and text about Laika (which I have....um.....borrowed for my own shrine to Laika), so check 'em out if you have time. With a name like Laika, what's not to like?
