Phillips, age 73, along with his wife Verna ("Perna" in index), older sister-inlaw Nina (trade school teacher) and her husband Ford S Lake, general store merchant. Two families away is (probable) brother-in-law Edward J. Phillips, 38, overseer of the lumber camp.
