Ashkbiz Danehkar

I am a Research Fellow at the University of Michigan. Prior to taking this position here, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. I obtained my PhD in Physics and Astronomy from Macquarie University, Australia, in 2014, and my MSc in Plasma Physics from the Queen’s University Belfast, UK, in 2009. My research interests include massive stars, stellar feedback, supermassive black holes, AGN feedback, multi-wavelength studies, galaxy formation and evolution, X-ray observations, and integral field spectroscopy.
