If you complete a paper for class you should bring two copies to class on the due date so that you can exchange papers with a colleague. After reading your colleague's paper, you should complete this form and submit it. Copies will be forwarded to the professor and to the author of the paper automatically if you fill in the appropriate email address (see roster).

Note that submissions are not anonymous. Please be considerate of your colleagues by offering constructive criticism. Do not be afraid to offer praise when praise is due. You will receive 20 points for each complete critique. Cursory evaluations will receive fewer points.
