AMS Midwest Paper Submission Form

On-Line Proposal Submission Form

To submit your paper proposal online, please fill out the form below. It is recommended that you compose your abstract off-line in a word processing program and then send one copy with your name and one anonymous copy as attachment files in MSWord of .pdf format to the Chapter President Elinor Olin at amsmidwestpresident@umich.edu.

Once the form is complete, click on the submit button at the bottom. You will be forwarded automatically to an acknowledgment page. An email confirmation of your proposal submission should be sent within three days. Please look for this receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, please submit your proposal again. It is your responsibility to report any technical difficulties promptly to the Chapter President.

Note that formatting and diacriticals may be lost, so please indicate these using abbreviations or notes. Enclose text to be made italic, for example, in asterisks, *italic text here* Diacriticals should be described inside brackets: "Klange<umlaut over a>," for example. Please use straight quotes rather than smart quotes, so that only text is pasted into the form. Word processing codes particular to your software will not be processed correctly.
