Online Payment
The chapter is pleased to offer online payment of dues through www.paypal.com.
This is the same service used by the AMS national association for its online
conference registration. Those wishing to use this service must set up an online
account name with paypal in order to use this service. Clicking on one of the
buttons below will open a new window showing a "shopping cart" that
includes your selected dues level. You may switch windows to return to the AMS
payment page to add additional memberships. You can cancel or change your registration
payment at any time or return to the dues page to get information about submitting
your payment via regular mail.
When the appropriate dues level item appears in your shopping cart, click on the "check out" button to the lower right. You will be asked to sign into your Paypal account. If you have never used Paypal before, click on the "click here" button and follow the onscreen registration information. You can feel confident in entering your credit card information as the "https" in the address window assures you that your transaction is secure.
When your transaction is complete you should see a thank you page from the
AMS midwest site. If this is a new membership, be certain to fill out an online
membership form before you pay. If you are renewing your membership, please
update your address and other contact information.

directory.
