The AMS Midwest Web site contains several online forms to streamline the Chapter's administrative tasks. Forms are currently available to register or renew your membership with the Chapter, to update your mailing address, and to offer suggestions and comments about the Chapter or the Web site. We hope that these forms will provide added convenience for Chapter members and make it easier and faster for our officers to fulfill your requests. Paper proposals may be submitted to the program committee via an on-line paper proposal form. Compose and proof your abstract in your word processor and then cut and paste it into the form.
