Registration
As always, registration for Chapter meetings is free to members in good standing--just fill out a registration form and pick up a nametag at the registration table outside the meeting room. You may join or renew your membership by paying annual dues to the Chapter treasurer at this time as well. Visit our membership and dues pages for more information.

Accommodations
See http://www.miami.muohio.edu/parents/accommodations.cfm for more information on accommodations. Only a few rooms are available in the city, so getting something a short drive out of town and coming in for the day's session may be the best option.

Travel
By Air
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is about 50 miles from Oxford. Dayton, Ohio (DAY) is about a 45 mile drive.

By Train (Amtrak) or Bus (Greyhound)
Not available.

Driving Directions
Driving is the best way to get to Oxford. For directions see http://www.miami.muohio.edu/parents/directions.cfm.

Parking
You will need a valid parking permit in order to park on the street near Shriver or in the parking lots. Effie has requested a number of permits valid for the duration of the conference. Please ask for one upon registration.
