INTRODUCTION
The chapter maintains an unmoderated informational listserv for the convenience
of its members. Announcements of chapter news and events of interest to local
scholars should be posted to the list by sending an email to amsmidwest@umich.edu.
The membership in the list overlaps in many instances with the national listserv of the AMS, but the recipients of the two lists are not coordinated. For items of national interest, you should consider sending your annoucement to the moderated ams-l in addition to the AMS Midwest list.
Commercial advertisements are not allowed on the amsmidwest listserv. All other rules of etiquette follow the email guidelines of the national AMS.
TO SUBSCRIBE AND UNSUBSCRIBE
Membership in the list is voluntary. To add your name to the recipient list,
visit http://www.directory.umich.edu
and seach for "amsmidwest." The resulting page will list all members
of amsmidwest@umich.edu and you can click the "subscribe" button and
follow the instructions to enter your email address to join.
Alternately, , please email claguem@umich.edu. Likewise, to have your name removed from the list, send an email to claguem@umich.edu with a request to have your address removed.
