DUES
AMS Midwest Chapter dues are $10 per year ($5 for student and emeritus members)
and cover the academic year (September to September). We encourage members to
pay several years of dues in advance, if possible, to reduce bookkeeping tasks.

The Chapter is please to now offer online payment through PayPal.Com.

USE
The support of members is vital to the work of the Chapter. Dues are used primarily
to cover the printing and mailing costs of the Chapter mailings. Expenses from
the fall meeting in Chicago are also covered by the Chapter's general fund.
Other chapter expenses are minimal as all officers work as volunteers. Expenses
for the spring meeting are generally covered by the host institution.
ARE YOUR DUES PAID?
Contact the Chapter Treasurer at amsmidwesttreasurer@umich.edu to check on
the status of your dues.
GRACE PERIOD
Members whose dues are in arrears are given a one-year grace period. During
this time they continue to receive chapter mailings.
HOW TO PAY YOUR DUES
You may renew your membership online with our registration
form. If your contact information is up-to-date, you may simply mail a
personal check made out to "AMS Midwest Chapter" to the Treasurer
of the Chapter:

ERRORS OR QUESTIONS?
Send any questions regarding dues payments to the Chapter treasurer. Although
every attempt is made to keep our information accurate, mistakes are inevitable.
If you have not been credited appropriately for your dues payment, please send
your cancelled check or receipt to the treasurer with a request to correct the
error. Fix any errors in your directory listing by using the online change
of address form. Thank you for your understanding.
