Pilson, Patrick County, Virginia Historian/Genealogist, passed away at his home at 3AM, January 18, 1999. His death came swiftly and quietly He was born 11 May 1910, the son of the late Virgil R. and Sarah Jane (Lawless) Pilson. Surviving are his wife, Deonna Huddle Pilson and a daughter, Ollie Jane Pilson, one brother, Howard C. Pilson of Stuart, and a sister, Bertha P. Coates of Stuart. The remains are at Roselawn Funeral Home in Martinsville, VA. Family visitation will be from 7 to 9pm Wednesday. Funeral will be held at 11am Thrusday morning at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Martinsville, Va Burial at Mountain View Cemetery, Ridgeway, VA.
