BTRVETC-L Digest Volume 98 : Issue 83 18 Dec 1998 Today's Topics: About those digests... WILLIAMSON BURNETT AND D.A.R. Re: WILLIAMSON BURNETT AND D.A.R. Obituary - John C Burnett Jr Administrivia: for the Burnett/Turner/Ross/Via/Etc Mailing List (BTRVETC-L) Note: Sorry about the problems with the digest! I found errors in the list's log file and have taken steps to remedy them. AOL subscribers: the digest is sent out as one large message (no attachments) but apparently is turned into a file you must download on your end by AOL. I suggest you complain to AOL (loudly!), or use an ISP that doesn't modify emails. Message-ID: Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Wednesday morning about 9:42 EST Hi, Folks, My apologies to those of you on the digest. I seem to have modified permissions on some of the files incorrectly and broken it. I have since changed them and hopefully things are back to normal. I will send this message, then run a program to force the digest out, even though it's tiny. I'll be watching list processing until the next digest is sent out. (AOL subscribers, this is not related to how your email is handled once it reaches AOL's message servers.) Again, I'm sorry for the problems! The following is part of an email I received from our Cuzin Richard Burnett in Bedford, Virginia. If you don't know how Williamson Burnett fits into our family tree, please email me. I'm more than happy to send you the information. If anyone has thoughts on attending PLEASE let me know. I'll get you any/all information you need on motels, etc. Sounds like a perfect time for us Burnett researchers to have ourselves a reunion of sorts. Lots of Burnett cuzins in this area and I think I can easily convince one of them to take us to all the grave sites, etc. *Grin* Let me know what yall think.
