He married Lucinda Wilkinson. 25 Aug, 1830, Fayette CO GA. His oldest son was named Kinion, next sons: Francis M. , Andrew J., George W.,Noah L, Thomas M., John, Lewis C, and William. . Daughter named Sarah E. The family moved from Fayette Co to Polk Co GA between 1850 & 1860. That census is the last time I am able to locate anyone in the family other than Kinion. He returned to Fayette County after the War, Kinion named one of his sons Thomas M., and named his youngest son James Boswell, indicating a relationship with Boswell Turner of Green Co (?). Confederate records indicate that Andrew J, and George W Turner, from the same Co D, 20th GA died in the conflict. I am able to find no records of wills, intestate or other court records for this family. I have no idea who his parents were, although there was a family in neighboring Campbell Co, from SC, with a father and sons(?) who could be his family. He fits into the age pattern, the older man is named Thomas, of the right age to be the patriarch of the whole group...any suggestions? there are several Thomas Turners in: Elbert, Hancock, and Putnam Counties, just to confuse thing further. , -------------------------------- End of btrvetc-d Digest V98 Issue #45 *************************************
