Research Group on Quantum Communication
This is a research group consisting of faculty and students from EECS and
Math. We study problems in quantum communication. Specific goals
include:
- Computing invariants associated to quantum channels (such as channel
capacity).
- Developing models for secure (private) communication.
- Studying the use of quantum entanglement as a communication resource.
