Author Denise Fleischer lives in Illinois with her husband, Ernest and daughters Jennifer and Lauren. Since 1983, she's been employed at a community newspaper in Des Plaines, first as a typist/proofreader and later as a Lifestyle Editor.
On Tuesdays, Denise hosts Writers Realm an AOL Books Community Research and Learn Chat.
In 1988, she created Gotta Write Network LitMag in order to give beginning writers their first chance at publication. Over 30 issues were distributed in print format before it became a website and e-group. It now focuses on information and promotion for authors.
