MMFFL Free Agent Signing Rules

1. Players that you want to drop, along with the free agents that you want to replace them with, must be RANKED by most desirable free agent pick up (i.e. (1) Drop Skip Hicks, Sign Edgerrin James), and submitted to the commissioner by Thursday @ Midnight.

2. In the case that two or more players desire the same free agent, the following tiebreakers will be used to determine who signs the free agent:

-Worst Overall Record
-Worst Head-to-Head Record
-Worst Division Record
-Least Total Points
-Least Total Points Head-to-Head
-Coin Toss

3. If a player signs a free agent and still desires the same free agent as another player, the player that has not signed a free agent yet will sign the new free agent, disregarding tiebreakers. If a player has signed a free agent, and desires the same free agent as two or more other players that have not yet signed any free agents, the above tiebreakers will be used among the two or more players that have not yet signed any free agents. If both players have signed a free agent, the player giving a higher ranking to the free agent will sign him.

4. If a player drops one of his players, another player will not be able to pick that player up as a free agent until the following week.
