The insert features a quote by George Washington: "We take the stars and blue union
from heaven, the red from our mother country, separating it by white stripes, thus
showing we have separated from her, and the white stripes shall go down to posterity
representing liberty".
All records of the 2nd press have a false start on Let's Shake Hands, this is because
of an error on the CD used as master and because they didn't have time to make a test
press in order to have the records ready for the UK tour. The L/R channels are also
swapped on the B-side.
