When I was much younger my homepage used to say
"Life is a bridge, burn it behind you." Then the 2000s started
happening, and now I seem to be more into building than burning.
Unfortunately that extends to this page, too. [Insert animated GIF
of digging man here.]
I worked at the
University for the first time in the summer of 199X as a high school student
and research assistant. Then I went to school for a while. Then I went into the
private sector. Then I came back to the U as a temp, then I went away
again and did contract work for a while. Then I temped for the U again while
taking some cert courses and thought about going full-time but decided I needed
to work in IT if I was going to work full-time. Then I did Mac stuff for
several years. Finally I came back here to where I am now, supporting M
Library.
I know, it went on a bit didn't it?
