The last 8 measures are either a plagal series (iv-I, iv-I, etc) if interpreted as B minor,
or a "half-cadence" (i-V, i-V, etc) if interpreted as E minor.  I'm inclined to take it as
E minor.

The pivot-chord areas have some overlap, and that sort of thing is a judgment call....
