Objective

I want to apply my skills to designing, and administrating a Windows NT/2000 network. My goals are to help design a network if one does not exist, or to improve upon an already existing network through setting up standards. I want to focus on administering a Windows NT/2000 servers, but I am able to work on Windows 95/98 desktop as well. I also am able to work on integration of Netware with all Windows operating systems. I also want to keep up to date with my Microsoft Certification, as well as improve myself, through more training, such as becoming a Certified Novell Engineer.

  • Supporting approximately 100 Windows NT Servers, including building servers, domain administration, account management, WINS, security, troubleshooting, Monitoring, Remote Management, automated proactive resolution of server problems, and backup of servers

  • Worked on Windows NT 4.0 Year 2000 readiness project, including testing of Windows NT 4.0 and Checkpoint/Metainfo DNS servers
