1849 Christian Fredrich Klink, son of Christian Klink, citizen and farmer, and Anna Margaretha born Fredel, was born on April 26 in Leutenbach and baptized on April 29. His sponsors were Jakob Pfleiderer from Hertmannsweiler and his wife Anna Maria born Fredel. [1]

1884 Christian Klink was briefly married to Lena Leap. They were married on February 4 but she left him on February 13 and went to live with her brother-in-law, Adam Axhelm, in St. Joseph.

1921 Christian Frederick Klink died and was buried at Couch Cemetery, Jewell, Jewell County, Kansas. [4]

Christian Frederick Klink came to Kansas in the early 1870s. Most of his life was spent in agricultural pursuits. His later years until about 9 years before his death were spent in Oklahoma. Made his home in Jewell, Kansas the last nine years of his life. [from his obituary]
