Notes for William Scott

Research Notes:

William, son of Benjamin, may not exist. I thought I saw a will for him once naming brother Martin. I did not record the source and cannot find it again.

1690 William Scott witnessed the power of attorney granted to Richard Hartshorne by widow Alice Throckmorton of Monmouth County, New Jersey. Dated September 2. [1]

1702 The will of brother Martin Scott, dated June 19, named other siblings, but not William, so William may have died by that date. Proved November 3, 1702. [2]
