Roy and Hattie, their parents, and Lillie were all born in Georgia. Roy's occupation was waiter in a college. He and Hattie were married when he was 20 and she was 18. 1933 Hattie M. Branham died on February 9 in Rome, Floyd County, Georgia. Her death certificate states that she was age 24, born in Floyd County, and her father's name was Milt Johnson. [2]

1936 Roy and Eugenia Branham were listed in the Rome, Georgia, city directory, living at 309 Moore, Rome County, Georgia. Roy was a waiter at Shorter College. [3] Eugenia was a secretary for physcian Waymon J. Roberson (listed on page 254). [4]

1940 On April 9, Roy Branham (age 31), his wife Eugenia Branham (age 27), and daughters Lillie Mae Branham (age 11) and Rena Adore Branham (age 9/12) lived at 309 Moore Street in Rome, Floyd County, Georgia, Lodger Ruby Seath (age 20) also lived in the household. All were born in Georgia and had been living in the same household in 1935. Roy was a laborer in the construction industry, and Eugenia was a servant in a private home. [6]
1961 Roy Branham died in Alameda County, California, on December 4. His death record states that he was born in Georgia on May 16, 1909. [7]
