Mennonite Records reports Abraham Steiner (April 27, 1758 - May 22, 1833) Bethlehem, Pa. Salem, NC. son of Abraham [Steiner] and Salome Boerstler. "Blacksmith, store clerk, overseer of older boys at Lititz, Pa. in 1779; Bethlehem in 1781; Hope, NJ in 1786. Transferred as blacksmith to Salem, NC in 1789." [1]
