1760 Achsah Taylor, daughter of John Taylor was born on October 6. [3] [4]

1778 Achsah Taylor appeared on the November tax list as the daughter of John Taylor in Chesterfield Twp, Burlington County, New Jersey.

1778 Joseph Decou, of Burlington county (son of Eber), and Achsah Taylor, of same place (daughter. of John Taylor) married on 15th of 10th month, at Chesterfield. Witnesses: Eber DeCou, John Taylor, Sarah Taylor, John DeCow, Joel Taylor, Mercy Taylor, Mary Rockhill, Edith Taylor, Isaac Rogers, Ann Taylor, Rebekah Steward, Ann Wetherill, Mary Satterthwaite, John DeCow, Isaac DeCow, Robert Willis, Joshua Gibbs, Barzilla Thurman, Mary Pearson, Mary Tantum, Sarah Lovett, Miriam Holloway, Nancy Lovett, Jacob Middleton, Sarah Robbins, Sarah White, Ann Vanderbeek, Lydia Hammell, Mary DeCow, Stacy Taylor, Daniel Taylor, John Taylor, Jr., James Lawrie, Mary Lawrie, Benjamin Linton, Robert Pearson, Thomas Lawrie, John Wetherill, Gideon Middleton, Samuel Satterthwaite, John Satterthwaite, William Abbott, James Scholey, Samuel Holloway and others. 1786 Joseph Decou died on December 22. [10] [11]

Achsah, widow of Joseph Decow was named as the wife of Samuel Gauntt in a membership list for Upper Springfield meeting. John and Samuel Gauntt were their children. [12]

1780 John Taylor, son of John and Sarah Taylor of Nottingham, and Phebe Rogers, daughter of Thomas and Ann Rogers of the same place, were married on 9 of month 11, at the Burlington Meeting, Burlington County, New Jersey. Witnessed by Achsah and Joseph Decow and many others. [13]

1783 Thomas Smith married Mary Rockhill on July 19, at Mansfield, New Jersey. Witnessed by Samuel and Achsa Gaunt, and others. [14]

1785 John Curtis, Jr and Sarah Taylor, daughter of John and Sarah, were married on 10 of month 3, at Chesterfield. Witnessed by Achsah and Joseph Decow and many others. [15]

1786 Joseph Decow died on December 22. [16]

1795 The will of Sarah Taylor, of Nottingham, dated June 16, named Clayton Decou, son of Joseph Decou. The will also named daughter, Achsah Gaunt, whose inheritance was shared with Joseph Decou's three children: Mary, Joseph, and Clayton. [17]
