Notes for William Falconer

1157 Land given to William Falconer was mentioned in the Pipe Roll of 3 Henry II in the account of Froger the Archdeacon for the farm of the lands of William Peverel. [1] ( Froger was the Archdeacon of Derby and the Almoner of Henry II. In 1159, he was appointed the Bishop of Séez in France).

Et Quiet[us] est.

Froger the archdeacon renders the account of 70 pounds of the farm of the land of William Peverel of which custody a half year, payment 64 pounds.
And in land given to William Falconer and to Roger of Valle 6 pounds.
Acquitted.
