1683 Ferdinando Battee was named as the Grantee of "Suffolk," 52 acres, in Anne Arundel County on June 18. [12]
1683 Ferdinando Battee was appointed as a commissioner of A.A. County to the "Act for the Advancement of Trade". [13] He was appointed as a justice of A.A. County by Lord Baltimore. [14]
1684 Ferdinando Battee sold, to son Seaborne Battee, tracts called Kent and Essex, in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Millicent, wife of Ferdinando Battee, consented. The deed was dated September 24. [15]
1683-94 Ferdinando Battee was commissioned Justice of Anne Arundel County, Maryland by Lord Baltimore. [16]
1690 Ferdinando Battee witnessed the marriage, on November 10, of Thomas Witchell, of Anne Arundel, and Mary Serson, widow. [17]

1692 On 29 October, Justices Henry Ridgley and James Sanders and Ferdinando Battee and others signed a letter, to the Captain General of Maryland, supporting Henry Bonner as clerk of Anne Arundel County, rahter than appointment of a new clerk. [21]
1697 Fardinnando Batty, child of Fardinnando Batty and Elizabeth Batty, was baptized on April 22, 1697 in Westminster Parish, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. [22] [23]
1705 Ferdinando Battee died on March 19, 1705 and was buried at All Hallows Chapel Cemetery, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Ferdinando Battee was born in 1630. The Findagrave memorial reported that Ferdinando Battee was born at England. [24] [25] [26]

1707 Thomas Hood and Elizabeth Battee, widow, were married on July 30. She was the executrix of Ferdinando Battee. [31] [32]
1707 Mary Battee, daughter of Ferdinando Basttee, died on October 13 and was buried at All Hallows Chapel Cemetery, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. [33] [34]

1746 On 16 September, John Sellman married Elizabeth Battee, daughter of Ferdinando (likely a son of this Ferdinando) and Elizabeth Battee. [35]
Dinah Battee was the daughter of Fernando and Elizabeth (Hood) Batty. [36]
Ferdinando Battee reportedly married Elizabeth, daughter of Col. Thomas Hood [37] [38]. However, this seems to contradict the 1707 marriage of Thomas Hood to Elizabeth Battee, widow of Ferdinando.
