1795 Joseph Ivins and Joseph Scattergood, both of Mansfield Twp, Burlington County and both grandsons of Joseph Ivins Senior, partioned land that they had inherited from Joseph Ivins Senior. Dated 19th day of 11th month, 1795. The land was on the road from Burlington to Black Horse, bounded by lands of Solomon Ivins, William Wright, Ebenezer Bunting, Samuel Craft, Daniel Hancock, Thomas Bunting.
