William Fitz-Herbert, of Norbury, reportedly held a knight's fee of Robert de Ferrers, 2nd Earl of Derby (qv, preliminary remarks) of the 1138 cr., and d[ied] in or after 1166, leaving son John Fitzherbert. [1]

1166 Burke reports that William Fitz-Herbert, Lord of Norbury, was living in 1166. [2]

Burke reports that William Fitz-Herbert had son John Fitz-Herbert, Lord of Norbury. [3]
