1611/12 Thomas Stoughton died on March 12 and was buried on March at St. Paul, Canterbury, Kent, England. "A small square marble over the door, the ground yellow the letters black. 'Near this place lyeth the corps of Thomas Stoughton, gent., decesed the 12h of March, A.D. 1611. Hee wear of the aege of 26 years made at the charge of William Young Excr." [2] [3]
