1860 Beneville Benjamin and Margaret Good lived in Elkhart County, Indiana with children Israel (age 18), Lydia A (age 15), Isiah (age 13), Elizabeth (age 9), Sarah (age 7), Elisha (age 6), Saphona (age 4), and Jacob (age 2). [3] [4]

1870 Joseph Rohrer and Harriet Rohrer lived in Harrison Twp, Elkhart County, Indiana with children Anna, Mary, Sarah, Emanuel, Lovina (age 8), Isaiah, Josiah, and Almira. [5] [6]

1870 Margaret Good (age 50) lived in Harrison Twp, Elkhart County, Indiana with children Sarah (age 18), Elisha (age 16), Sophronia (age 14), Jacob (age 12), Mary (age 8), and Margaret (age 4). [7] [8]

1880 Joseph Rohrer (age 50) and Harriet Rohrer (age 46) lived in Harrison Twp, Elkhart County, Indiana with children Sarah Rohrer (age 22), Emanuel Rohrer (age 20), Lovina Rohrer (age 19), Isaiah Rohrer (age 17), Josiah Rohrer (age 14), Elmira Rohrer (age 12), Elisabeth Rohrer (age 9), Rosia M Rohrer (age 4), and Lovisa Rohrer (age 1). 1880 Elisha Good (age 26, born in Indiana), brother, single, lived in Nappanee, Elkhart County, Indiana, in a household with sister Elisabeth Hartman (age 29), Peter Hartman (age 6), and Jacob Good (age 23). Elisha Good's father was born in Pennsylvania and his mother was born in Virginia. Elisha Good's occupation was saw milling. [11] [12]

1880 Anna A. Wallace (age 6, born in Indiana), daughter, single, lived in Polk Twp, Marshall County, Indiana, in a household with Charles Wallace (age 49), Hannah Wallace (age 44), August Wallace (age 19), John Wallace (age 15), William Wallace (age 13), Calvin Wallace (age 11), and Minnie Wallace (age 4). Anna A. Wallace's parents were both born in Prussia. [13] Elisha Good later married Anna after Elisha's first wife, Lovina Rohrer, died.

1887 Elisha W Good and Lovina Rohren were married on December 11, 1887 in Elkhart County, Indiana. [14] [15] [16] [17] [18]

1888 Lovina Rohrer Good died on December 16 and was buried at Harrison Chapel Cemetery, Goshen, Elkhart County, Indiana. Lovina Rohrer Good was born in 1862. [19] [20] There were several notices posted in Elkhart newspapers:

Mrs. Elisha Good died Sunday evening, Dec. 16. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Rohrer, of near South West; was a highly esteemed lady and will be greatly missed from her circle of friends. Funeral services Tuesday and conducted by Revs. Good and Lambert, of the Evangelical Mennonite cuhrch, of which she was also a member. Services were held at the M. E. church, of this place, also at the Chapel, north of South West, where the deceased was buried. The mourning friends have the sympathy of the entire community. [21] [22]

Mrs. Elisha Good died Sunday evening, Dec. 16. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Rohrer, of near South West; was a highly esteemed lady and will be greatly missed from her circle of friends. [23] [24]

1892 "There has been a change in the firm of Good & Lehman, that is in individuals, But not in name. Elisha Good has sold his interest in the furniture Business in this place to his brother, Isaiah Good, who formerly resided here, but now living near Vater Park. It is the intention of Elisha Good, who retires from the firm, to give his entire time to the handling of timber, which indeed he has been doing for some little time. His brother, Isaiah, will return to Nappanee some time in the fall of '93. In the meanwhile, Noah A, Lehman, his partner, will have charge of the store here, assisted by H. F. Eby in the undertaking department as heretofore. The News wishes the new firm success." [32] [33]

1893 The estate papers for Margaret Good were recorded in Elkhart County, Indiana. [34]

1898 The estate of Margaret Good was settled in Elkhart County, Indiana, on May 6, with payment of $113.05 to each of 10 surviving children: Sarah Good, Margaret M. Parsons, Jacob B. Good, Elisha W. Good, Israel Good, Isaiah R. Good, Elizabeth Hoover, Frances Moyer, Mary A. Behler, and Lydia A. Lehman. [Elkhart courthouse, Goshen, Indiana]

1900 Elisha Good (age 46, widow) lived in Nappanee, Union Twp, Elkhart County, Indiana with sister Sarah (age 48). Their father was born in Pennsylvania and mother in Virginia. Elisha's occupation was lumberman. [35] [36]

1900 Annie Wallace (born in Indiana in Apr 1874, divorced), daughter, lived in Polk, Marshall County, Indiana, in a household with Charles Wallace (age 66), Hannah Wallace (age 68), Carl Wallace (age 30), John Wallace (age 32), and Russell Wallace (age 8). Annie Wallace's parents were both born in Germany. Annie Wallace had had no children. [37]

1903 Elisha W Good and Anna Wallace were married on January 1, in Marshall County, Indiana, by Allen P Delong. [38]

1910 Elisha W Good (age 56, parents born in Pennsylvania and Virginia) and wife Anna (age 36, parents born in Germany) lived in Polk Twp, Marshall County, Indiana with daughter Gladys (age 3). [39] [40] [41]

1920 Elisha W Good (age 65) and wife Anna Good (age 45) lived in Polk Twp, Marshall County, Indiana with daughter Gladys (age 13). [42] [43] [44]

1925 A memorial for Elisha W Good is reported at Woodlawn Cemetery, Walkerton, St. Joseph County, Indiana. [45] [46]

1930 Anna Good (age 57, born in Indiana, widowed) lived in Polk Twp, Marshall County, Indiana, in a household with brother William Wallace (age 62). Anna Good's parents were both born in Germany. Anna Good's residence was not a farm. The residence did not have a radio. [47] [48]

1958 Anna Good, widowed, daughter of Charles Wallace and Johanna Wallace, died on July 22, at age 86, in Plymouth Twp, Marshall County, Indiana. Anna Good was born on April 2, 1872, in Indiana. [49]

1958 Anna Good (1872-1958) died and was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Walkerton, St. Joseph County, Indiana. [50] [51]
