Real and personal estate. Executors: Edward Tonkins and Thomas Pancoast. Witnesses Aaron Watson, John Butler, Micajah Reeve, Ju'r. Proved Aug. 31, 1749. [1]

1750 May 24. Bond of Mary Pancoast, widow, of City of Burlington, as guardian of Israel Pancoast, of 14 years, son of Joseph Pancoast, yeoman. Thomas Rodman, Elias Hughs, Joseph Hollinshead and Jonathan Thomas, all of City of Burlington, fellow bondsmen. [3]
