1745-46 John Ebersole dated his will on April 4, 1745 in Conoy Twp, Lancaster County. The will was affirmed on May 8, 1746 by witness Peter Ebersole. The will named son Abraham and wife Sarah. Sustenance of minor children was provided for. Friends Jacob T Ebersole and John D Ebersol were the executors. The probate court mentioned collateral inheritances. [1]
1848 Deeds recorded the administration of the estate of John Ebersol, late of Conoy Twp, Lancaster County, by executors Jacob Ebersol and John Ebersol. Releases were made by widow Sarah Ebersole, Abraham Ebersole, Elizabeth Ebersole, Peter Rutt guardian for Christian Ebersole, John Hammaker guardian for Catharine Ebersole, Christian Ebersole guardian for John and Levi Ebersole, and Daniel Hisey guardian for Fanny, Aaron, and Sarah Ebersole.
