1717 Isaac Coffman warranted 300 acres in Lancaster County on September 27. Isaac patented the land on November 11. [1] [2] This estate is followed in the notes below. This family is not followed here.
1734 Isaac Coffman patented land on Little Conestogoe Creek, that he had warranted in 1717. [3] [4]
1740 Another patent was granted to Elizabeth, widow of Isaac. [5] [6]
1751 The heirs of Isaac Coffman sold their shares of the land, patented in 1734, to some of the heirs. The heirs named were Jacob (eldest son) Coffman & Eve his wife, Isaac (a younger son) Coffman, Andrew (a younger son) Coffman and wife Frena, Christian (a younger son) Coffman and Barbara his wife, Philip Kuntz and Audey his wife, John Neave and Elizabeth his wife, and Jacob Neave and Ann his wife; [7] [8] [9]
1785 Henry Musser and Rudolph Herr, executors of the estate of Andrew Kauffman of Manor Twp, deceased, sold land from two tracts that he owned [10] [11] to John Miller. Andrew Kauffman, in his deed dated 1 February 1785, arranged to sell 20 acres with a brick building from those two tracts. Based on the land owned, this Andrew who wrote his will in 1785 also appears to be the son of Isaac Kauffman. [12]
