1780 On May 6, .lohn Hinchman, of Evesham, Burlington Co., yeoman, dated his will. Wife, Elizabeth, £50 in goods. Sister, Hannah Stokes, and her children, Hannah Buzby, Sarah Gill, Mary Wilkins, Judith Middleton, Samuel Stokes, John Hinchman Stokes; and my sister, Elizabeth Hatkinson, and her children, John Bispham, Joseph Atkinson. John Atkinson, Mary Stokes, Elizabeth Butcher and Ann Rossell; and the 3 following children of my sister, Sarah, namely, Benjamin Bispham, Thomas Bispham and Elizabeth Bispham, all the money that may be due In Great Britain. Nephew, Hinchman Bispham, son of my sister, Sarah, all of my plantation in Evesham Township, and all my right under a deed of Trust, and Bond and Warrant of Attorney, made to me by John Hinchman Stokes, dated May 12, 1788, he to hold forever, paying as follows:—to my nephew, John Hinchman, £100; my nephew, James Hinchman, £50; my granddaughter, Judith Jenings, £150; my nephew, Charles French, £30; and to my nephews and niece, Benjamin Bispham, Thomas Bispham and Elizabeth Bispham, £70. He is also to pay to my wife £30 a year. I give to my wife a bond from Joseph Rigby, dated Nov. 7, 1788. Executors—nephews, John Hinchman Stokes, Joseph Atkinson and Hinchman Bispham.
