1869 On 11 January, The York County Orphans Court appointed James Kell to distribute the estate of Martin Weigle, late of Buttstown, West Manchester Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. [1]

1869 On 20 January, The York County Orphans Court recorded the will and estate of Martin Weigle, late of Buttstown, West Manchester Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. The will divided the estate into five equal shares and named daughter Charlotte M., son Nathaniel, son Martin, son Charles H, and Ann Rebecca married to Rev. E. Koons. [2]

1863 Records of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of York, York County, Pennsylvania recorded attendance at the Lord's Supper by Martin L, Mrs, Charles H, Nathaniel, Mrs, and Miss Charlotte M Weigle. [3]
