1737 Benjamin Stokes witnessed the will of Ann Sykes of Waterford, Gloucester County, New Jersey. [2]

1747-8 1st mo. (March). Benjamin Stokes, of Burlington County, husbandman, dated his will. Sisters: Lydia Haines and Deliverance Conro. Real and personal estate. Executor: Thomas Stokes, who is to have remainder of estate. Witnesses: Francis Robinson, Sam'l Atkinson. Proved April 12, 1748. [3]
