1742 Charles Hinson was listed on the Stafford County, Virginia Quit rent Roll with 190 acres. [1]

1745 Charles Hinson of Stafford County, aged about 54, testified about land of Rogers and Hoyle on Potomac Creek. [2]

1749 Charles Hinson of Overwharton parish, Stafford County, perhaps this one, wrote his will. After death of wife, bequeathed plantation to brother Edmond's five children: Joseph, Izball, Mary, Lazarus, and Ann. Wife sole executor. Dated 21 Feb 1749-50, probate 13 March 1749. [3]
