1860 Beneville Benjamin and Margaret Good lived in Elkhart County, Indiana with children Israel (age 18), Lydia A (age 15), Isiah (age 13), Elizabeth (age 9), Sarah (age 7), Elisha (age 6), Saphona (age 4), and Jacob (age 2). [3] [4]

1938 Sarah's obituary was published in the Elkhart Truth Newspaper on Friday October 28, page 2.

Miss Sarah Good. Nappanee, Indiana: Miss Sarah Good, 85, lifelong resident of Nappanee and vicinity, died this morning at the home of her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. George Parson, where she resided. She had been ill with heart trouble for 10 months. She was born Dec 19, 1852, in Union township, the daughter of Beneville and Margaret (Reed) Good, and had been a member of the Mennonite Brethren in Christ church for 63 years.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Mennonite Brethren in Christ church, the Rev. A. D, Yoder of Wakarusa officiating assisted by the Rev. L.L. Rassi, pastor fo the church. Burial will be in South Union cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joseph Mikel, Ed Golden, Noah Gingerich, John Rogers, John Myers and Emanuel Blyly.
