1455 Nicholas Payn quitclaimed property in Motcombe, Dorset on June 19. [1]

Nicholas Payn, son and heir of John Payn son and heir of Richard Payn, being cousin and heir of Isabel daughter and heir of William Payn namely son of John brother of William her father, to John Kayleway, William Combe and Thomas Cifrewast, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of a messuage with appurtenances in Motecombe co. Dorset late of William Payn, a toft and one fardel of land there late of John Tray, half a fardel or ferling of land there lately held by William Radewell, two closes called 'Hasilsteyers,' one called the 'Bytterne,' another called Great 'Persehill,' a close of meadow between Lynchehey close and 'Litelpersehill,' a close called the 'Hanger' and all other lands there of the said William Payn and Isabel jointly or severally. Dated 19 June, 33 Henry VI.
