1868 Amos B Meals and Susan A Lackey were married on March 31 in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. [9]

1868 William H Meals was born to Amos Meals and Sue A Meals in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. [10]

1880 Amos Meals (age 42, born in Pennsylvania, widower) lived in Osborne Twp, Osborne County, Kansas. Amos Meals's parents were both born in Pennsylvania. Amos Meals was a carpenter. [11]
