1767 Philip Dennis, perhaps this one, of Greenwich Twp, Cumberland County, New Jersey, died leaving wife Lucy, sons Philip and Jonathan, daughters Prudence, Elizabeth, Grace Bowlen, Rachel Smith. [3] [4]

1771 On 16 April, Philip Dennis had a daughter born in Burlington County, New Jersey. [5]

1781 Philip Dennis and Jonathan Dennis, perhaps sons of Philip who died in 1767, witnessed the will of John Bacon, of Greenwich Twp, Cumberland County, New Jersey.

1795 Philip Dennis, of Greenwich Twp, Cumberland County, New Jersey, died with wife Hannah and daughters Sarah (age under 18), Mary, Hannah Rulon, and Rachel and sons Edward, John, and Philip. [6]
