1817 The intestate will of Anthony Wardell of Salem County, New Jersey, was granted to William Chapman. [4] [5]
1818 Anthony and Maria Wardell, children of Anthony Wardell, petitioned for a guardian. [6]
1824 "Sarah Wardell, died Nov 14, 1824" from the Notes of Franklin Platt. The will (C-492) of Sarah Wardell of Nottingham was dated 3 of month 8, 1823 and was proved on November 29, 1824. The will named son Anthony's children Maria Wardell and Anthony Wardell, among others. Looe Baker was named executor. [7]
