Walter Lutzweit Gets Two Years for Possessing Untaxed Liquor.

Six men were facing prison terms totalling more than 12 years Wednesday as a result of sentences meted out in federal court here by TJ. a District Judge Robert R. Nevin.

I Charles Boggs, of Cleveland, said to be the contact man responsible for the appearance in Dayton of large of counterfeit money manufactured in New York city, drew the longest term when he was sentenced to four years in the federal reformatory at Chillicothe. The indictment to which he had pleaded guilty specifically chargefl him with passing and selling counterfeit notes. Clerk Sentenced. Ernest L. Kramer, 40, for 15 years a clerk in the Dayton post-office, was sentenced to two years in the reformatory for stealing mail, following his appearance before Judge Nevin to change to guilty a previous plea of not guilty.

He was indicted on 10 counts of taking letters containing money, Four Dayton men were sentenced to federal penitentiary for violations of liquor tax laws. Among them was Walter Lutzweit, 40, captured when he wrecked his car while fleeing from federal agents at 70 miles per hour, who was given two years for possessing untaxed liquor.

1975 Grant K. Odell died on December 10 and was buried at Woodland Cemetery and Arboretum, Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. Grant K. Odell was born on October 4, 1894. [14] [15]

1979 Glendor W Lutzweit died on August 6, at age 82, in Kettering, Montgomery County, Ohio. She was born in Ohio, USA. She had lived at Urbana, Champaign, Ohio, USA. [16]

Wolf. Dayton; foster sister, Mrs. Glenn (Bonnie) Howard of Fairborn; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren. Services 10 A.M. Thursday at Episcopal Church of Epiphany, Urbana. Friends may call Walter Funeral Home, Urbana. Wednesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9. Burial Oak Dale Cemetery.
