1870 Heber Ashland Brenizer, son of Washington Brenizer and Sarah Whitcomb, was born on May 8 in Adams County, Pennsylvania. [1]

1891 Heber A Brenizer, son of Washington M and Sarah M Brenizer, and Annie Eichelberger, daughter of Alexander and Lydia Eichelberger, were married on October 11, in New Chester, Pennsylvania. [2] [3]

1900 Heber Brenizer and Annie Brenizer lived in Tyrone Twp, Adams County, Pennsylvania with 5 children. [4]

1910 Alexander Eichelberger father of Mrs H.A. Brenizer, died in Ariosa, Tyrone Twp. [5]

1911 Daughter Hope Brenizer had perfect attendance at the Chestnut Hill School of Tyrone Twp. [6]

1913 Annie Brenizer, wife of Heber A Brenizer died at Jack's Mountain Station Saturday at age 41 years, 4 months, and 28 days. Survived by husband and children Alexander, Walter, Grace, Ruth, Ora, Hope, Ralph, Paul, and an infant, mother Mrs Lydia Eichelberger of Ariosa, brothers ME and CH Eichelberger of Ariosa and sister WH Hayberger of Aspers. [7]

1913 Annie A Eichelberger Brenizer (1872-1913) died on September 6 and was buried at Bethlehem Church Cemetery, Aspers, Adams County, Pennsylvania. [8]

1914 Teacher Watson of Fountain Dale gave a joy ride to Hagerstown Fair for his students, including Paul, Ora, Ruth, Hope, Esther, and Ralph Brenizer. [9]

1915 H.A Brenizer and Frances M. Snyder were married, on November 16, 1915, in Jacks Mountain, Pennsylvania. H.A Brenizer was a child of Washington M. Brenizer and Sarah M. Brenizer. [10]

1915 HA Brenizer married Miss Florence Snyder of Fairfield at his home in Jack's Mountain. [11]

1916 Mr and Mrs Brenizer had a nice party at Jack's Mountain with many friends including Ruth, Hope, Ora, Esther, and Ralph Brenizer.

1916 Heber A Brenizer, farmer of Hamiltonban Twp, was fined for violation of quarantine regulations. His 10 year old daughter Esther was reported on 12 June to have the mumps, commencing 2 June. A 16 day quarantine expired Sunday 18 June. Mr. Brenizer drove to Fairfield that day, leaving the quarantine premises and his daughter attended Sunday school that day (total fines $70-$200). [12]

1917 Frank S Donaldson, son of William C Donaldson and Ruth Anna Brenizer, daughter of Heber A Brenizer, both of Hamiltonban two were married Thursday evening. [13]

1921 Ralph E Brenizer, Hope V Brenizer, and Esther M Brenizer, children of Heber H and Annie M Brenizer, were baptized on October 22, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fairfield, Adams, Pennsylvania. [14]

1921 Heber Ashland Brenizer died at age 51, on December 22 in Hamiltonban Twp, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Heber Ashland Brenizer, child of Washington Brenizer and Sarah Welcome, was born on May 8, 1870 in Adams County, Pennsylvania. [15]

1921 An obituary reported [16]:

Death of H. A. Brenizer Iron Springs, Dec. 29 – The community was shocked to learn of the death of Heber Ashland Brenizer on Thursday last at 5 p.m. He had been a sufferer for nearly a year, having been operated upon for gravel stones at the Harrisburg Hospital last January and was treated at the Warner Hospital, Gettysburg, during the summer. Mr. Brenizer was born near Heidlersburg, and lived at Aspers, Jacks Mountain and at Fairfield Station on the farm of Mr. James Musselman for the last three years. He was twice married. His first wife was Annie Eichelberger, who died six or seven years ago, and his second wife was Fannie Snyder, by whom he is survived. He was considered an honest, conscientious Christian man, a kind neighbor and ever willing to lend a helping hand. He is survived by his aged mother, Mrs. Sarah Brenizer, and the following children: Alexander Brenizer, of Hamilton, Ohio; Paul Brenizer, of Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas; Walter Brenizer, of near Aspers; Mrs. N. Z. Reinecker, of Aspers; Mrs. Frank Donaldson, of Orrtanna; Mrs. George Currens, of Fairfield Station; Ralph, Hope and Esther, at home. He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Edgar Brenizer, of Heidlersburg; Robert Brenizer, of Sterling, Kansas; John Brenizer, of Dillsburg; Mrs. Amos L. Minter, of Biglerville; Mrs. Chas. Tate, of Mt. Holly, and Mrs. Mervin Slaybaugh, of Heidlersburg. Mr. Brenizer was aged 51 years, 7 months and 14 days. Funeral services were conducted at his home on Monday at 10:30 a.m. by Rev. Ralph Baker, of the Fairfield Lutheran church, after which interment was made in the Fairfield Union cemetery. The funeral was largely attended. The pall bearers were: Joseph Musselman, Prof. C. A. Landis, James Musselman, Elmer Bennett, Harry Sanders and John M. Musselman.
