2004 James Duane Teegarden died on January 30, 2004 at Miami Valley Hospital, Ohio. He lived at 1390 King Tree Drive in Montgomery, Montgomery, Ohio. [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]
Duane Teegarden, died January 30, 2004 of a heart attack. They attempted to do emergency angioplasty on him but it failed. Memorial services were February 5th, and he was buried at his request in the Veteran's Administration National Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio [W. Bend St. at VA Hospital]. Duane would have been 63 in July. Duane served 4 years in the US Air Force, during the Vietnam era, in the 1960's, and did a one-year tour of duty in Okinawa. He smoked cigars and a pipe. He had been in poor health for several years, with heart problems and diabetes; he resided in a rest home, and had begun to complain of heart/chest pain several days before he died. Barbara, Duane's sister, took care of all the arrangements, including consent to donating certain organs after Duane died. Richard, Duane's brother, came up for Duane's final hours, which apparently were spent in a coma. [8]
James Duane Teegarden was in the US airforce in Vietnam A2C. Service Start Date: 20 Jun 1960 and ended 4 Mar 1964. He was buried 5 Feb 2004 at Dayton National Cemetery, VA Medical Center 4100 West Third Street Dayton, Ohio 45428, at Section 30 Site 748. [9]
