1788 On 22 November, Elizabeth Balser was born to parents Joseph and Elizabeth Balsley. On 15 February, 1789, she was baptized with witnesses Jacob and Elizabeth Hamm at the Emanuel Reformed Church, Abbotstown, Adams County, Pennsylvania. [1] [2]
